Rwanda spearheads the use of AI to curb COVID 19 Pandemic

The use of Artificial intelligence cannot be undermined in the fight to curb the global scourge –Covid 19. Many countries have developed drones as well as robots but Rwanda remains a beacon when it comes to utilizing these technologies. This ranges from their use of Drones to detect cases to now the use of robots to disseminate and provide reminders to travelers at airports. The video below was originally posted by Ernest Mushi in Rwanda when he tweeted that “#Rwanda plans to reopen #Airports on August 1, Kigali International Airport is ready,  a robot #Urumuri will be reminding passengers about precautions.”
