PPC to hold a Virtual Conference to promote local businesses
A virtual conference set for November 30 will be a focus for many small business owners in Botswana. This conference has been made possible by PPC. The objective within the conference is promote and support locally owned independent businesses in Botswana. The event will feature some of the industry experts and delegates from CEDA,BITC,BNPC and ABSA and the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Peggy Serame will grace the occasion.
The PPC Botswana Head of Business Unit Tuelo Botlhole said the event is aligned with 2036 pillar promoting sustainable economic development. He stated that the, “the buy Botswana Conference takes place next week Monday on the 30th of November 2020 at Travel lodge between 0800 and 1000hrs.Policy makers and industry leaders will debate , discuss and share what they believe will be the best blueprint to urge our country forward.
According to their Facebook post the platform is aimed at bolstering local enterprises’ drive seeks to promote and support locally owned, independent businesses in Botswana. The public can expect discussions on various topics including Experiences and Challenges faced by Local manufacturers, Doing Business Post COVID- 19, Value Chain Optimization and Business Process Service Management by experts.
